So I, the Lord, affirm that I am opposed to those prophets who steal messages from one another that they claim are from me.

But I will most surely heal the wounds of this city and restore it and its people to health. I will show them abundant peace and security.

The Lord who rules over all said, “I will kill all the archers of Elam, who are the chief source of her military might.
