Zedekiah was twenty-one years old when he became king, and he ruled for eleven years in Jerusalem.

and to bring silver and gold which the king and his advisers have freely contributed to the God of Israel, who resides in Jerusalem,

All of them conspired together to move with armed forces against Jerusalem and to create a disturbance in it.
