Jesus said to him, “I tell you the truth, on this night, before the rooster crows, you will deny me three times.”

They ran through that whole region and began to bring the sick on mats to wherever he was rumored to be.

In those days there was another large crowd with nothing to eat. So Jesus called his disciples and said to them,

Then a cloud overshadowed them, and a voice came from the cloud, “This is my one dear Son. Listen to him!”

Jesus asked his father, “How long has this been happening to him?” And he said, “From childhood.

If anyone says to you, ‘Why are you doing this?’ say, ‘The Lord needs it and will send it back here soon.’”

For this reason I tell you, whatever you pray and ask for, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.

Jesus said to them, “I will ask you one question. Answer me and I will tell you by what authority I do these things:

So they brought one, and he said to them, “Whose image is this, and whose inscription?” They replied, “Caesar’s.”
