Or do you not know that the saints will judge the world? And if the world is to be judged by you, are you not competent to settle trivial suits?

Or do you not know that anyone who is united with a prostitute is one body with her? For it is said, “The two will become one flesh.”

but our presentable members do not need this. Instead, God has blended together the body, giving greater honor to the lesser member,

And God has placed in the church first apostles, second prophets, third teachers, then miracles, gifts of healing, helps, gifts of leadership, different kinds of tongues.

If then I do not know the meaning of a language, I will be a foreigner to the speaker and the speaker a foreigner to me.

the women should be silent in the churches, for they are not permitted to speak. Rather, let them be in submission, as in fact the law says.

For I passed on to you as of first importance what I also received – that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures,

To the rest I say – I, not the Lord – if a brother has a wife who is not a believer and she is happy to live with him, he should not divorce her.
