But Jesus said to him, “Do not stop him, for whoever is not against you is for you.”

When Jesus saw her, he called her to him and said, “Woman, you are freed from your infirmity.”

Then Jesus said, “Were not ten cleansed? Where are the other nine?

Jesus said to him, “Why do you call me good? No one is good except God alone.

So Jesus stopped and ordered the beggar to be brought to him. When the man came near, Jesus asked him,

Then Jesus said to them, “Neither will I tell you by whose authority I do these things.”

So Jesus said to them, “The people of this age marry and are given in marriage.

But Jesus said, “Enough of this!” And he touched the man’s ear and healed him.

While they were talking and debating these things, Jesus himself approached and began to accompany them

Jesus replied, “Woman, why are you saying this to me? My time has not yet come.”

Jesus told the servants, “Fill the water jars with water.” So they filled them up to the very top.

Jesus replied, “Destroy this temple and in three days I will raise it up again.”

Jesus answered, “Are you the teacher of Israel and yet you don’t understand these things?

A Samaritan woman came to draw water. Jesus said to her, “Give me some water to drink.”

Jesus replied, “Everyone who drinks some of this water will be thirsty again.

(For Jesus himself had testified that a prophet has no honor in his own country.)

So Jesus said to him, “Unless you people see signs and wonders you will never believe!”

Jesus did this as his second miraculous sign when he returned from Judea to Galilee.

Jesus said to him, “Stand up! Pick up your mat and walk.”

The man went away and informed the Jewish leaders that Jesus was the one who had made him well.
