פ (Pe) All our enemies have gloated over us;

ש (Sin/Shin) You have heard their taunts, O Lord, all their plots against me.

My assailants revile and conspire against me all day long.

therefore, take note: I am about to gather all your lovers whom you enjoyed, both all those you loved and all those you hated. I will gather them against you from all around, and I will expose your nakedness to them, and they will see all your nakedness.

But the Lord said to him, “All right then, if anyone kills Cain, Cain will be avenged seven times as much.” Then the Lord put a special mark on Cain so that no one who found him would strike him down.

The waters completely inundated the earth so that even all the high mountains under the entire sky were covered.

You may eat any moving thing that lives. As I gave you the green plants, I now give you everything.

He will be a wild donkey of a man. He will be hostile to everyone, and everyone will be hostile to him. He will live away from his brothers.”

So he overthrew those cities and all that region, including all the inhabitants of the cities and the vegetation that grew from the ground.

I will multiply your descendants so they will be as numerous as the stars in the sky, and I will give them all these lands. All the nations of the earth will pronounce blessings on one another using the name of your descendants.

Surely all the wealth that God snatched away from our father belongs to us and to our children. So now do everything God has told you.”

Joseph named the firstborn Manasseh, saying, “Certainly God has made me forget all my trouble and all my father’s house.”

While the famine was over all the earth, Joseph opened the storehouses and sold grain to the Egyptians. The famine was severe throughout the land of Egypt.

So tell my father about all my honor in Egypt and about everything you have seen. But bring my father down here quickly!”

All the direct descendants of Jacob who went to Egypt with him were sixty-six in number. (This number does not include the wives of Jacob’s sons.)

Moses told Aaron all the words of the Lord who had sent him and all the signs that he had commanded him.

“Set apart to me every firstborn male – the first offspring of every womb among the Israelites, whether human or animal; it is mine.”

and all the people answered together, “All that the Lord has commanded we will do!” So Moses brought the words of the people back to the Lord.

“I will send my terror before you, and I will destroy all the people whom you encounter; I will make all your enemies turn their backs to you.

When all the people would see the pillar of cloud standing at the entrance of the tent, all the people, each one at the entrance of his own tent, would rise and worship.
