Should you not have shown mercy to your fellow slave, just as I showed it to you?’

so I was afraid, and I went and hid your talent in the ground. See, you have what is yours.’

So the high priest stood up and said to him, “Have you no answer? What is this that they are testifying against you?”

When Jesus saw their faith, he said to the paralytic, “Son, your sins are forgiven.”

For John had repeatedly told Herod, “It is not lawful for you to have your brother’s wife.”

Then he said to her, “Because you said this, you may go. The demon has left your daughter.”

The second is: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no other commandment greater than these.”

So Pilate asked him again, “Have you nothing to say? See how many charges they are bringing against you!”

They said to her, “But none of your relatives bears this name.”

Indeed, as a result of him the thoughts of many hearts will be revealed – and a sword will pierce your own soul as well!”

Jesus answered him, “It is said, ‘You are not to put the Lord your God to the test.’”

When Jesus saw their faith he said, “Friend, your sins are forgiven.”

Which is easier, to say, ‘Your sins are forgiven,’ or to say, ‘Stand up and walk’?

He said to the woman, “Your faith has saved you; go in peace.”

Then he said to her, “Daughter, your faith has made you well. Go in peace.”

When Jesus saw her, he called her to him and said, “Woman, you are freed from your infirmity.”

Then you will begin to say, ‘We ate and drank in your presence, and you taught in our streets.’

Watch yourselves! If your brother sins, rebuke him. If he repents, forgive him.

So the first one came before him and said, ‘Sir, your mina has made ten minas more.’

Then the second one came and said, ‘Sir, your mina has made five minas.’
