From you, O Nineveh, one has marched forth who plots evil against the Lord, a wicked military strategist.

and those who turn their backs on the Lord and do not want the Lord’s help or guidance.”

“I am sending you out like sheep surrounded by wolves, so be wise as serpents and innocent as doves.

Therefore stay alert, because you do not know the day or the hour.

Now a great windstorm developed and the waves were breaking into the boat, so that the boat was nearly swamped.
