<p class="poetry">By the <sc>Lordsc>&#8217;s decree<n id="1" /> the heavens were made;p> <p class="poetry">by a mere word from his mouth all the stars in the sky were created.<n id="2" />p>

<p class="poetry">For the <sc>Lordsc> is angry at all the nationsp> <p class="poetry">and furious with all their armies.p> <p class="poetry">He will annihilate them and slaughter them.p>

<p class="poetry">All the stars in the sky will fade away,<n id="1" />p> <p class="poetry">the sky will roll up like a scroll;p> <p class="poetry">all its stars will wither,p> <p class="poetry">like a leaf withers and falls from a vinep> <p class="poetry">or a fig withers and falls from a tree.<n id="2" />p>

<p class="poetry">I made the earth,p> <p class="poetry">I created the people who live<n id="1" /> on it.p> <p class="poetry">It was me &#8211; my hands<n id="2" /> stretched out the sky,<n id="3" />p> <p class="poetry">I give orders to all the heavenly lights.<n id="4" />p>

You alone are the <sc>LORDsc>. You made the heavens, even the highest heavens,<n id="1" /> along with all their multitude of stars,<n id="2" /> the earth and all that is on it, the seas and all that is in them. You impart life to them all, and the multitudes of heaven worship you.p>

<p class="poetry">Look up at the sky!<n id="1" />p> <p class="poetry">Who created all these heavenly lights?<n id="2" />p> <p class="poetry">He is the one who leads out their ranks;<n id="3" />p> <p class="poetry">he calls them all by name.p> <p class="poetry">Because of his absolute power and awesome strength,p> <p class="poetry">not one of them is missing.p>
