<p class="bodytext">Then<n id="1" /> Jesus looked around and said to his disciples, &#8220;How hard it is for the rich to enter the kingdom of God!&#8221;

Jesus looked at them and replied, &#8220;This is impossible for mere humans,<n id="1" /> but not for God; all things are possible for God.&#8221;p>

When he heard that it was Jesus the Nazarene, he began to shout,<n id="1" /> &#8220;Jesus, Son of David,<n id="2" /> have mercy<n id="3" /> on me!&#8221;

Jesus stopped and said, &#8220;Call him.&#8221; So<n id="1" /> they called the blind man and said to him, &#8220;Have courage! Get up! He is calling you.&#8221;

Then<n id="1" /> Jesus said to him,<n id="2" /> &#8220;What do you want me to do for you?&#8221; The blind man replied, &#8220;Rabbi,<n id="3" /> let me see again.&#8221;<n id="4" />

Jesus said to him, &#8220;Go, your faith has healed you.&#8221; Immediately he regained<n id="1" /> his sight and followed him on the road.p>

Jesus said to them, &#8220;I will ask you one question. Answer me and I will tell you by what authority I do these things:

Then Jesus said to them, &#8220;Give to Caesar the things that are Caesar&#8217;s, and to God the things that are God&#8217;s.&#8221;<n id="1" /> And they were utterly amazed at him.p>

Jesus said to them, &#8220;Aren&#8217;t you deceived<n id="1" /> for this reason, because you don&#8217;t know the scriptures or the power of God?

Jesus answered, &#8220;The most important is: &#8216;<i><b>Listen, Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is oneb>.i>

<t /><p class="bodytext">While Jesus was teaching in the temple courts, he said, &#8220;How is it that the experts in the law<n id="1" /> say that the Christ<n id="2" /> is David&#8217;s son?<n id="3" />

Jesus said to him, &#8220;Do you see these great buildings? Not one stone will be left on another.<n id="1" /> All will be torn down!&#8221;<n id="2" />p>

While they were at the table<n id="1" /> eating, Jesus said, &#8220;I tell you the truth,<n id="2" /> one of you eating with me will betray me.&#8221;<n id="3" />

<t /><p class="bodytext">Then<n id="1" /> Jesus said to them, &#8220;You will all fall away, for it is written,p> <p class="otpoetry">&#8216;<b><i>I will strike the shepherd,i>b>p> <p class="otpoetry"><i><b>and the sheep will be scatteredb>.i>&#8217;<n id="2" />p>

Jesus said to him, &#8220;I tell you the truth,<n id="1" /> today &#8211; this very night &#8211; before a rooster crows twice, you will deny me three times.&#8221;

After the Lord Jesus had spoken to them, he was taken up into heaven and sat down at the right hand of God.

When Jesus heard this he said to them, &#8220;Those who are healthy don&#8217;t need a physician, but those who are sick do.<n id="1" /> I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners.&#8221;p>

Jesus<n id="1" /> said to them, &#8220;The wedding guests<n id="2" /> cannot fast while the bridegroom<n id="3" /> is with them, can they?<n id="4" /> As long as they have the bridegroom with them they do not fast.

Jesus knew at once that power had gone out from him. He turned around in the crowd and said, &#8220;Who touched my clothes?&#8221;

Then<n id="1" /> Jesus said to them, &#8220;A prophet is not without honor except in his hometown, and among his relatives, and in his own house.&#8221;
