Judges 13:12

Manoah said, “Now, when your announcement comes true, ¹  how should the child be raised and what should he do?” ² 

So Manoah asked him, "When your words are fulfilled, what is to be the rule for the boy’s life and work?"

Manoah said, "Now when your words come to pass, what shall be the boy’s mode of life and his vocation?"

So Manoah asked him, "When your words come true, what kind of rules should govern the boy’s life and work?"

Manoah said, "So. When what you say comes true, what do you have to tell us about this boy and his work?"

And Manoah said, Now when your words come true, what is to be the rule for the child and what will be his work?

Then Manoah said, "Now when your words come true, what is to be the boy’s rule of life; what is he to do?"

Manoah said, "Now let Your words come to pass ! What will be the boy’s rule of life, and his work?"

Manoah said, “Now, when your announcement comes true, ¹  how should the child be raised and what should he do?” ² 

¹ tn Heb “Now, [when] your word comes [to pass].”

² tn Heb “what will be the child’s rule [i.e., way of life] and his work?”
