1 Corinthians 11:27-28

• Hai Berdandanlah, Jiwaku [KJ.313]

  1. Hai berdandanlah, jiwaku, tampil dari g'lap dosamu, masuk di terang ceria, bersemaraklah mulia. Kini kau diundang Tuhan turut dalam perjamuan. Maharaja alam raya ingin dikau bersamaNya.	Why 19:9

  3. Tapi 'ku gentar mengingat akan keajaiban hikmat yang mengisi perjamuan oleh kehadiran Tuhan, hingga sungguh kuindahkan Tubuh Kristus yang kumakan: tak terduga, ya Tuhanku, kebesaran kuasaMu.	1 Kor 11:28-29
  4. Akal budi takkan mampu menguraikan mujizatMu: walau orangnya ribuan, namun roti tidak kurang. Roti itu tubuh Kristus, anggur itu darah Kristus. O misteri kehadiran! Roh Kudus yang mengartikan.	Mrk 6:35-44 Yoh 6:1-13 Mrk 14:22-25
  5. Yesus, Surya kehidupan Sumber suka umat Tuhan, Dasar keberadaanku, Sinar penerang jiwaku, perkenankanlah hambaMu layak makan di mejaMu, yang bagiku kes'lamatan dan bagiMu kemuliaan.	Mal 4:2 Yoh 8:12

  3. Dilanda perpecahan dan faham yang sesat. Jemaat diresahkan tekanan yang berat. Kaum kudus menyerukan, "Berapa lamakah?" Akhirnya malam duka diganti t'rang cerah.	1 Kor 11:18-19 Ef 4:14 Why 6:9-10
  4. Gereja takkan punah selama-lamanya, dibimbing tangan Tuhan, dibela kasihNya. Ditantang pengkhianat dan banyak musuhnya, dan bertahanlah jemaat dan jaya mulia.	Mzm 46 Mat 16:18

  Hail, Body true, of Mary born, and in the manger laid, That once with thorn and scourging torn wast on the cross displayed, That every eye might there descry th’uplifted Sacrifice, Which once for all to God on high paid our redemption’s price! Hail, precious Blood, by true descent drawn from our own first sire, Yet innocent of that fell taint which fills our veins with fire, Once from the side of Him that died for love of us His kin, Drained an atonement to provide and wash away our sin! Still Thou art here amidst us, Lord, unchangeably the same; When at Thy board with one accord Thy promises we claim; But lo! the way Thou com’st today is one where bread and wine Conceal the Presence they convey, both human and divine. How glorious is that Body now, throned on the throne of Heav’n! The angels bow, and marvel how to us on earth ’tis given; Oh, to discern what splendors burn within these veils of His— That faith could into vision turn, and see Him as He is! How mighty is the Blood that ran for sinful nature’s needs!   I come, O Savior, to Thy table, For weak and weary is my soul; Thou, Bread of Life, alone art able To satisfy and make me whole: Refrain Lord, may Thy body and Thy blood Be for my soul the highest good! Oh, grant that I in manner worthy May now approach Thy heav’nly board And, as I lowly bow before Thee, Look only unto Thee, O Lord! • [1Co 10:16] Jesus Invites His Saints

  Jesus invites His saints To meet around His board; Here pardoned rebels sit and hold Communion with their Lord. For food He gives His flesh, He bids us drink His blood; Amazing favor! matchless grace Of our descending God! This holy bread and wine Maintains our fainting breath, By union with our living Lord, And interest in His death. Our heav’nly Father calls Christ and His members one; We the young children of His love, And He the first-born Son. We are but several parts Of the same broken bread; One body hath its several limbs, But Jesus is the Head. Let all our powers be joined His glorious Name to raise; Pleasure and love fill every mind, And every voice be praise.

  Lord Jesus Christ, we humbly pray That we may feed on Thee today; Beneath these forms of bread and wine Enrich us with Thy grace divine. The chastened peace of sin forgiv’n, The filial joy of heirs of Heav’n, Grant as we share this wondrous food Thy body broken and Thy blood.
