• Hai Kamu Sekalian yang Berdahaga [KJ.146a]

  1. Hai kamu sekalian yang berdahaga, hai datang kemari dan minumlah air; dan biar padamu wang perak tiada, silakan, belilah makanan ajaib: air anggur, air susu, tak usah kaubayar. Telah tersedia Perjamuan Raya!

  2. Mengapa upahmu dan hasil jerihmu kaubuang terus untuk barang fana? Dengarkanlah Aku, besarkan hatimu: di sini kau dapat santapan baka. Kecaplah dan lihatlah seraya dijamu, betapa besar kebajikan Tuhanmu!
  3. Pasanglah telinga dandatang padaKu, hai kamu sekalian yang berlelah; tanggalkan bebanmu, sehingga jiwamu menjadi tenang dan hatimu lega. Yang lapar dan haus merindukan Daku, Kusambut di Meja Perjanjian Baru!

  3. Pasanglah telinga dandatang padaKu, hai kamu sekalian yang berlelah; tanggalkan bebanmu, sehingga jiwamu menjadi tenang dan hatimu lega. Yang lapar dan haus merindukan Daku, Kusambut di Meja Perjanjian Baru!

  Ho! every one that is thirsty in spirit, Ho! every one that is weary and sad; Come to the fountain, there’s fullness in Jesus, All that you’re longing for: come and be glad! Refrain “I will pour water on him that is thirsty, I will pour floods upon the dry ground; Open your hearts for the gifts I am bringing; While ye are seeking Me, I will be found.” Child of the world, are you tired of your bondage?   Ho! every one that thirsts, draw nigh: ’Tis God invites the fallen race: Mercy and free salvation buy; Buy wine, and milk, and gospel grace. Come to the living waters, come! • [Isa 55:1] Let Every Mortal Ear Attend

  Let every mortal ear attend, And every heart rejoice; The trumpet of the Gospel sounds With an inviting voice. Lo! all ye hungry, starving souls That feed upon the wind, And vainly strive with earthly toys To fill an empty mind. Eternal Wisdom has prepared A soul reviving feast, And bids your longing appetites The rich provision taste. Ho! ye that pant for living streams, And pine away and die, Here you may quench your raging thirst With springs that never dry. Rivers of love and mercy here In a rich ocean join; Salvation in abundance flows, Like floods of milk and wine. Ye perishing and naked poor, Who work with mighty pain To weave a garment of your own That will not hide your sin, Come naked, and adorn your souls In robes prepared by God, Wrought by the labors of His Son, And dyed in His own blood. Dear God! the treasures of Thy love Are everlasting mines, Deep as our helpless miseries are, And boundless as our sins.
