Strongs On/Off
Context
7:19 But the officer replied to the prophet, “Look, even if the Lord made it rain by opening holes in the sky, could this happen so soon?” Elisha said, “Look, you will see it happen with your own eyes, but you will not eat any of the food!” 7:20 This is exactly what happened to him. The people trampled him to death in the city gate.

This Samaritan official scoffed at God's word through Elisha (2Ki 7:1, 2Ki 7:2), and Elisha's prophetic warning was quickly fulfilled (2Ki 7:16-19). It is dangerous to scoff at the inspired word of God (1Th 5:3; 2Pe 3:3-7, 2Pe 3:10)."
