arendator, n. [LL. arendator, arrendator, fr. arendare, arrendare, to pay rent, fr. arenda yearly rent; ad + renda, F. rente, E. rent. Cf. Arrentation and Rent.].

In some provinces of Russia, one who farms the rents or revenues. [1913 Webster]
