orichalch, n. [L. orichalcum, Gr. ; 'o`ros, mountain + chalko`s brass: cf. F. orichalque.].

A metallic substance, resembling gold in color, but inferior in value; a mixed metal of the ancients, resembling brass; -- called also aurichalcum, orichalcum, etc. [1913 Webster]
