phyllosoma, n. [NL. See Phyllo-, and -some body.].

The larva of the spiny lobsters (Palinurus and allied genera). Its body is remarkably thin, flat, and transparent; the legs are very long. Called also glass-crab, and glass-shrimp. [1913 Webster]
