1 Chronicles 28:8
Context28:8 So now, in the sight of all Israel, the Lord’s assembly, and in the hearing of our God, I say this: 4 Carefully observe 5 all the commands of the Lord your God, so that you may possess this good land and may leave it as a permanent inheritance for your children after you.

[17:20] 1 tn The Hebrew text reads literally, “in all which we heard with our ears,” but בְּכֹל (bÿkhol, “in all”) should probably be emended to כְּכֹל (kÿkhol, “according to all”).
[17:25] 3 tn Heb “That is why your servant found to pray before you.” Perhaps the phrase אֶת לִבּוֹ (’et libbo, “his heart”) should be supplied as the object of the verb “found.”
[28:8] 3 tn The words “I say this” are not in the Hebrew text, but are supplied in the translation for clarity and for stylistic reasons.
