18:10 he sent his son Hadoram 1  to King David to extend his best wishes 2  and to pronounce a blessing on him for his victory over Hadadezer, for Tou had been at war with Hadadezer. 3  He also sent various items made of gold, silver, and bronze. 4

28:20 David said to his son Solomon: “Be strong and brave! Do it! Don’t be afraid and don’t panic! 5  For the Lord God, my God, is with you. He will not leave you or abandon you before all the work for the service of the Lord’s temple is finished.
