3:19 This woman’s child suffocated ¹  during the night when she rolled ²  on top of him.

1 Kings 13:30

13:30 He put the corpse into his own tomb, and they ³  mourned over him, saying, “Ah, my brother!”

[3:19]  ¹ tn Heb “died.”

[3:19]  ² tn Heb “lay, slept.”

[13:30]  ³ tn “They” is the reading of the Hebrew text here; perhaps this is meant to include not only the old prophet but his sons (cf. v. 31).
