[3:4] 2 tn The verb form is an imperfect, which is probably used here in a customary sense to indicate continued or repeated action in past time. See GKC 314 §107.b.
[18:39] 3 tn Heb “the God” (the phrase occurs twice in this verse).
[20:12] 5 tn Heb “When he heard this word.”
[20:12] 6 tn Heb “in the temporary shelters.” This is probably referring to tents.
