[8:41]  2 tn Heb “your name.” In the OT the word “name” sometimes refers to one’s reputation or honor. The “name” of the Lord sometimes designates the Lord himself, being indistinguishable from the proper name.

[6:1]  3 sn During the month Ziv. This would be April-May, 966 b.c. by modern reckoning.

[8:9]  4 sn Horeb is another name for Mount Sinai.
