1 Kings 8:9

8:9 There was nothing in the ark except the two stone tablets Moses had placed there in Horeb. ¹  It was there that ²  the Lord made an agreement with the Israelites after he brought them out of the land of Egypt.

1 Kings 13:31

13:31 After he buried him, he said to his sons, “When I die, bury me in the tomb where the prophet ³  is buried; put my bones right beside his bones,

[8:9]  ² tn Heb “in Horeb where.”

[13:31]  ³ tn Heb “the man of God.”
