they rise up as if they had eagles’ wings, 8 

they run without growing weary,

they walk without getting tired.

[14:27]  1 tn Heb “and he returned his hand to his mouth.”

[14:27]  2 tc The translation follows the Qere and several medieval Hebrew mss in reading “gleamed,” rather than the Kethib, “saw.”

[1:19]  3 tn Grk “these are the ones who cause divisions.”

[1:19]  4 tn Or “natural,” that is, living on the level of instincts, not on a spiritual level (the same word occurs in 1 Cor 2:14 as a description of nonbelievers).
