Solomon’s Wealth

1:14 Solomon accumulated 1  chariots and horses. He had 1,400 chariots and 12,000 horses. He kept them in assigned cities and in Jerusalem. 2

25:13 Now the troops Amaziah had dismissed and had not allowed to fight in the battle 3  raided 4  the cities of Judah from Samaria 5  to Beth Horon. They killed 6  3,000 people and carried off a large amount of plunder.
