29:10 Now I intend ¹⁹  to make a covenant with the Lord God of Israel, so that he may relent from his raging anger. ²⁰

32:3 he consulted with his advisers and military officers about stopping up the springs ²¹  outside the city, and they supported him.

33:20 Manasseh passed away ²²  and was buried in his palace. His son Amon replaced him as king.

Jehoahaz’s Reign

36:1 The people of the land took Jehoahaz son of Josiah and made him king in his father’s place in Jerusalem. ²³
