Context13:20 Jeroboam did not regain power during the reign of Abijah. 1 The Lord struck him down and he died. 13:21 Abijah’s power grew; he had 2 fourteen wives and fathered twenty-two sons and sixteen daughters.

Context3:1 Solomon began building the Lord’s temple in Jerusalem 3 on Mount Moriah, where the Lord had appeared to his father David. This was the place that David prepared at the threshing floor of Ornan 4 the Jebusite.
