20:32 He followed in his father Asa’s footsteps and was careful to do what the Lord approved. ¹ 

2 Chronicles 34:2

34:2 He did what the Lord approved ²  and followed in his ancestor David’s footsteps; ³  he did not deviate to the right or the left.

[20:32]  ¹ tn Heb “he walked in the way of his father Asa and did not turn from it, doing what is right in the eyes of the Lord.”

[34:2]  ² tn Heb “he did what was proper in the eyes of the Lord.”

[34:2]  ³ tn Heb “and walked in the ways of David his father.”
