21:17 They attacked Judah and swept through it. ¹  They carried off everything they found in the royal palace, ²  including his sons and wives. None of his sons was left, except for his youngest, Ahaziah.

2 Chronicles 30:6

30:6 Messengers ³  delivered the letters from the king and his officials throughout Israel and Judah.

This royal edict read: ⁴  “O Israelites, return to the Lord God of Abraham, Isaac, and Israel, so he may return ⁵  to you who have been spared from the kings of Assyria. ⁶ 

2 Chronicles 34:21

34:21 “Go, seek an oracle from ⁷  the Lord for me and those who remain in Israel and Judah. Find out about ⁸  the words of this scroll that has been discovered. For the Lord’s fury has been ignited against us, ⁹  because our ancestors ¹⁰  have not obeyed the word of the Lord by doing all that this scroll instructs!” ¹¹
