36:2 Jehoahaz was twenty-three years old when he became king, and he reigned three months in Jerusalem.

2 Chronicles 34:8

Context

34:8 In the eighteenth year of his reign, he continued his policy of purifying the land and the temple. 1  He sent Shaphan son of Azaliah, Maaseiah the city official, and Joah son of Joahaz the secretary to repair the temple of the Lord his God.

36:4 The king of Egypt made Jehoahaz’s 2  brother Eliakim king over Judah and Jerusalem, and changed his name to Jehoiakim. Necho seized his brother Jehoahaz and took him to Egypt.
