16:6 King Asa ordered all the men of Judah to carry away the stones and wood that Baasha had used to build Ramah. ⁴  He used the materials to build up ⁵  Geba and Mizpah.

23:1 In the seventh year Jehoiada made a bold move. He made a pact ⁶  with the officers of the units of hundreds: Azariah son of Jehoram, Ishmael son of Jehochanan, Azariah son of Obed, Maaseiah son of Adaiah, and Elishaphat son of Zikri.

2 Chronicles 34:8

34:8 In the eighteenth year of his reign, he continued his policy of purifying the land and the temple. ⁷  He sent Shaphan son of Azaliah, Maaseiah the city official, and Joah son of Joahaz the secretary to repair the temple of the Lord his God.

[4:11]  ¹ tn Heb “Huram,” but here this refers to Huram Abi (2 Chr 2:13). The complete name has been used in the translation to avoid possible confusion with King Huram of Tyre.

[7:11]  ³ tn Heb “and all that entered the heart of Solomon to do in the house of the Lord and in his house he successfully accomplished.”
