[7:8]  1 tn Heb “Solomon held the festival at that time for seven days, and all Israel was with him, a very great assembly from Lebo Hamath to the wadi of Egypt.”

[7:10]  2 tn Heb “he”; the referent (Solomon) has been specified in the translation for clarity.

[7:10]  3 tn The words “they left” are supplied in the translation for stylistic reasons.

[7:10]  4 tn Heb “good of heart.”

[30:24]  5 tn The Hebrew term צֹאן (tson, translated “sheep” twice in this verse) denotes smaller livestock in general; depending on context it can refer to sheep only or goats only, but their is nothing in the immediate context here to specify one or the other.

[30:24]  6 tn Heb “the assembly.” The pronoun “them” has been used in the translation for stylistic reasons, to avoid redundancy.

[32:8]  7 tn Heb “and he upon honorable things stands.”
