2 Kings 11:19

11:19 He took the officers of the units of hundreds, the Carians, the royal bodyguard, and all the people of land, and together they led the king down from the Lord’s temple. They entered the royal palace through the Gate of the Royal Bodyguard, ¹  and the king ²  sat down on the royal throne.

Isaiah 23:15

23:15 At that time ³  Tyre will be forgotten for seventy years, ⁴  the typical life span of a king. ⁵  At the end of seventy years Tyre will try to attract attention again, like the prostitute in the popular song: ⁶

[23:15]  ⁴ sn The number seventy is probably used in a stereotypical, nonliteral sense here to indicate a long period of time that satisfies completely the demands of God’s judgment.
