Context13:17 Elisha 1 said, “Open the east window,” and he did so. 2 Elisha said, “Shoot!” and
he did so. 3 Elisha 4 said, “This arrow symbolizes the victory the Lord will give you over Syria. 5 You will annihilate Syria in Aphek!” 6

Context19:32 So this is what the Lord says about the king of Assyria:
“He will not enter this city,
nor will he shoot an arrow here. 7
He will not attack it with his shield-carrying warriors, 8
nor will he build siege works against it.
