Context13:7 Jehoahaz had no army left 1 except for fifty horsemen, ten chariots, and 10,000 foot soldiers. The king of Syria had destroyed his troops 2 and trampled on them like dust. 3

Context6:32 Now Elisha was sitting in his house with the community leaders. 4 The king 5 sent a messenger on ahead, but before he arrived, 6 Elisha 7 said to the leaders, 8 “Do you realize this assassin intends to cut off my head?” 9 Look, when the messenger arrives, shut the door and lean against it. His master will certainly be right behind him.” 10
