Context16:9 The king of Assyria responded favorably to his request; 1 he 2 attacked Damascus and captured it. He deported the people 3 to Kir and executed Rezin.
2 Kings 14:6
Context14:6 But he did not execute the sons of the assassins. He obeyed the Lord’s commandment as recorded in the law scroll of Moses, 4 “Fathers must not be put to death for what their sons do, 5 and sons must not be put to death for what their fathers do. 6 A man must be put to death only for his own sin.” 7
