3:10 The king of Israel said, “Oh no! ¹  Certainly the Lord has summoned these three kings so that he can hand them over to the king of Moab!”

2 Kings 13:3

13:3 The Lord was furious with ²  Israel and handed them over to ³  King Hazael of Syria and to Hazael’s son Ben Hadad for many years. ⁴

14:27 The Lord had not decreed that he would blot out Israel’s memory ⁵  from under heaven, ⁶  so he delivered them through Jeroboam son of Joash.
