6:11 This made the king of Syria upset. ¹  So he summoned his advisers ²  and said to them, “One of us must be helping the king of Israel.” ³

12:4 Jehoash said to the priests, “I place at your disposal ⁴  all the consecrated silver that has been brought to the Lord’s temple, including the silver collected from the census tax, ⁵  the silver received from those who have made vows, ⁶  and all the silver that people have voluntarily contributed to the Lord’s temple. ⁷ 

2 Kings 23:3

23:3 The king stood by the pillar and renewed ⁸  the covenant before the Lord, agreeing to follow ⁹  the Lord and to obey his commandments, laws, and rules with all his heart and being, ¹⁰  by carrying out the terms ¹¹  of this covenant recorded on this scroll. All the people agreed to keep the covenant. ¹²

[6:11]  ³ tn Heb “Will you not tell me who among us [is] for the king of Israel?” The sarcastic rhetorical question expresses the king’s suspicion.
