7:1 Elisha replied, “Hear the word of the Lord! This is what the Lord says, ‘About this time tomorrow a seah 1  of finely milled flour will sell for a shekel and two seahs of barley for a shekel at the gate of Samaria.’”

[23:19]  2 tn Heb “son of man.”

[23:19]  3 tn The verb is the Hiphil of קוּם (qum, “to cause to rise; to make stand”). The meaning here is more of the sense of fulfilling the promises made.

[44:26]  4 tn Heb “the word of his servant.” The following context indicates that the Lord’s prophets are in view.

[44:26]  5 tn Heb “counsel.” The Hebrew term עֵצָה (’etsah) probably refers here to the divine plan as announced by the prophets. See HALOT 867 s.v. I עֵצָה.
