• Hujan, Hujan [KJ.70]

  1. Hujan, hujan, tak hentinya hujan turun menderas; empat puluh hari hujan, hujan lagi, jadi air bah.	Kej 7:10-12 Ibr 11:7 2 Ptr 2:5
  2. Pohon, hewan dan semua orang mati tenggelam; dalam banjir ini gunung yang tertinggi ikut terbenam.
  3. Hidup, hidup, masih ada hidup dalam air bah: Nuh yang membawanya atas p'rintah Allah, dalam bahtera!
  4. Bapa, ibu, anak dan menantu, hewan pun serta hidup dalam baht'ra sampai di saatnya surut air bah.
  5. Isi baht'ra s'lamat bersejaht'ra, bumi pun kering. Allah ikat janji: lihatlah pelangi elok berseri!	Kej 9:8-17

  1. Mahaterpuji Allahku: Ia lepaskan kita dari kuasa seteru dan segenap derita. Tanda selamat diberi membuat wajah berseri: Mesias akan datang! Kini terkabul dan genap janji Nubuat Alkitab, yang lama didambakan.

• Tersembunyi Ujung Jalan [KJ.416]

  1. Tersembunyi ujung jalan, hampir atau masih jauh; 'ku dibimbing tangan Tuhan ke neg'ri yang tak 'ku tahu. Bapa, ajar aku ikut, pa juga maksudMu, tak bersangsi atau Takut, beriman tetap teguh.	Kej 12:1 Mzm 73:23 Yes 48:17 Ibr 11:8-10
  2. Meski langkahMu semua tersembunyi bagiku, hatiku menurut jua dan memuji kasihMu. Meski kini tak 'ku nampak, nanti 'ku berbagia, apabila t'rangMu tampak dengan kemuliaannya.
  3. Tuhan, janganlah biarkan kutentukan nasibku. B'rilah hanya kudengarkan keputusan hikmatMu. Aku ini pun selaku kanak-kanak yang bebal. Bapa jua bimbing aku ke kehidupan kekal.

• [Gen 9:13] Prayer For Creation

  O, Creator of the cosmos, we present our hearts in prayer. We are awestruck by your glory, which surrounds us everywhere. From the birdsong of the morning to a stormy sky at night, You reveal yourself in Nature, in its gentleness and might. Through each rainbow that you send us you renew your covenant With the earth and all life on it, telling us of your intent That each living thing should flourish, in its own way, in its place. You call us to new awareness of our neighbors and their space. In our eagerness to prosper, we have ravaged what was good. Using more than what was needed, taking everything we could. We have changed the gentle order you intended for the earth. Now we humbly ask the wisdom to be part of its re-birth. We seek mercy, we seek vision, and the courage we will need As we work to help the victims of the sins of human greed. By our choices, in our actions, may we be part of your plans. Help us gently till the Garden you’ve entrusted to our hands. Finding strength in common purpose, may your faithful people be Voices for a new perspective, leaders in simplicity. Give us guidance, O, Creator. Give us power to achieve True compassion for Creation as the legacy we leave.

  There is a calm for ev’ry storm We meet from day to day, A hallowed peace that dwells within, And smiles the clouds away. The star of hope still brightly shines, Though wild the breakers roar, And in its beams the words we trace, Life’s dream will soon be o’er.   Father eternal, Ruler of creation, Spirit of life, which moved ere form was made; Through the thick darkness covering every nation, Light to man’s blindness, O be Thou our aid: Thy kingdom come, O Lord, Thy will be done.   Haste, traveler, haste! the night comes on, And many a shining hour is gone; The storm is gathering in the west, And thou art from home and rest.
