Acts 28:14

28:14 There ³  we found ⁴  some brothers ⁵  and were invited to stay with them seven days. And in this way we came to Rome. ⁶

[28:14]  ³ tn Grk “where.” Because of the length and complexity of the Greek sentence, the relative pronoun (“where”) has been replaced with the demonstrative pronoun (“there”) and a new sentence begun here in the translation.

[28:14]  ⁴ tn Grk “finding.” The participle εὑρόντες (Jeurontes) has been translated as a finite verb due to requirements of contemporary English style.
