26:21 For this reason the Jews seized me in the temple courts ¹  and were trying to kill me.

Acts 19:32

[26:21]  ¹ tn Grk “in the temple.” This is actually a reference to the courts surrounding the temple proper, and has been translated accordingly.

[19:32]  ² tn Or “had assembled.”

[28:20]  ³ sn The hope of Israel. A reference to Israel’s messianic hope. Paul’s preaching was in continuity with this Jewish hope (Acts 1:3; 8:12; 14:22; 19:8; 20:25).
