Daniel 2:20

2:20 saying, ¹ 

“Let the name of God ²  be praised ³  forever and ever,

for wisdom and power belong to him.

Daniel 4:24

4:24 this is the interpretation, O king! It is the decision of the Most High that this has happened to my lord the king.

Daniel 4:30

4:30 The king uttered these words: “Is this not the great Babylon that I have built for a royal residence ⁴  by my own mighty strength ⁵  and for my majestic honor?”

[2:20]  ² sn As is often the case in the Bible, here the name represents the person.

[2:20]  ³ tn Or “blessed.”

[4:30]  ⁴ tn Aram “house.”
