1:3 However, it was not until ¹  the first day of the eleventh month ²  of the fortieth year ³  that Moses addressed the Israelites just as ⁴  the Lord had instructed him to do.

15:7 If a fellow Israelite ⁵  from one of your villages ⁶  in the land that the Lord your God is giving you should be poor, you must not harden your heart or be insensitive ⁷  to his impoverished condition. ⁸ 

Deuteronomy 17:2

17:2 Suppose a man or woman is discovered among you – in one of your villages ⁹  that the Lord your God is giving you – who sins before the Lord your God ¹⁰  and breaks his covenant
