Deuteronomy 10:22

10:22 When your ancestors went down to Egypt, they numbered only seventy, but now the Lord your God has made you as numerous as the stars of the sky. ¹ 

Nehemiah 9:23

9:23 You multiplied their descendants like the stars of the sky. You brought them to the land you had told their ancestors to enter in order to possess.

Romans 9:27

9:27 And Isaiah cries out on behalf of Israel, “Though the number of the children ²  of Israel are as the sand of the sea, only the remnant will be saved,
