Deuteronomy 11:21

11:21 so that your days and those of your descendants may be extended in the land which the Lord promised to give to your ancestors, like the days of heaven itself. ¹ 

Deuteronomy 22:26

22:26 You must not do anything to the young woman – she has done nothing deserving of death. This case is the same as when someone attacks another person ²  and murders him,

[11:21]  ¹ tn Heb “like the days of the heavens upon the earth,” that is, forever.

[22:26]  ² tn Heb “his neighbor.”
