Deuteronomy 19:2
Context19:2 you must set apart for yourselves three cities 1 in the middle of your land that the Lord your God is giving you as a possession.
Deuteronomy 28:52
Context28:52 They will besiege all of your villages 2 until all of your high and fortified walls collapse – those in which you put your confidence throughout the land. They will besiege all your villages throughout the land the Lord your God has given you.
Deuteronomy 19:3
Context19:3 You shall build a roadway and divide into thirds the whole extent 3 of your land that the Lord your God is providing as your inheritance; anyone who kills another person should flee to the closest of these cities.

Context28:24 The Lord will make the rain of your land powder and dust; it will come down on you from the sky until you are destroyed.

Context28:12 The Lord will open for you his good treasure house, the heavens, to give you rain for the land in its season and to bless all you do; 6 you will lend to many nations but you will not borrow from any.

[19:10] 4 tn Heb “innocent blood must not be shed.” The Hebrew phrase דָּם נָקִי (dam naqiy) means the blood of a person to whom no culpability or responsibility adheres because what he did was without malice aforethought (HALOT 224 s.v דָּם 4.b).
