Deuteronomy 2:21

2:21 They are a people as powerful, numerous, and tall as the Anakites. But the Lord destroyed the Rephaites ¹  in advance of the Ammonites, ²  so they dispossessed them and settled down in their place.

Deuteronomy 6:21

6:21 you must say to them, ³  “We were Pharaoh’s slaves in Egypt, but the Lord brought us out of Egypt in a powerful way. ⁴ 

Deuteronomy 32:27

32:27 But I fear the reaction ⁵  of their enemies,

for ⁶  their adversaries would misunderstand

and say, “Our power is great, ⁷ 

and the Lord has not done all this!”’
