Deuteronomy 30:8

Context
30:8 You will return and obey the Lord, keeping all his commandments I am giving 1  you today.

Deuteronomy 24:19

Context
24:19 Whenever you reap your harvest in your field and leave some unraked grain there, 2  you must not return to get it; it should go to the resident foreigner, orphan, and widow so that the Lord your God may bless all the work you do. 3 

Deuteronomy 30:10

Context
30:10 if you obey the Lord your God and keep his commandments and statutes that are written in this scroll of the law. But you must turn to him 4  with your whole mind and being.

[30:8]  1 tn Heb “commanding”; NAB “which I now enjoin on you.”

[24:19]  2 tn Heb “in the field.”

[24:19]  3 tn Heb “of your hands.” This law was later applied in the story of Ruth who, as a poor widow, was allowed by generous Boaz to glean in his fields (Ruth 2:1-13).

[30:10]  3 tn Heb “to the Lord your God.” See note on the second occurrence of the word “he” in v. 3.
