[6:14]  ¹ tn Heb “from the gods.” The demonstrative pronoun has been used in the translation for stylistic reasons to avoid redundancy.

[21:2]  ² tn Heb “surrounding the slain [one].”

[12:10]  ³ tn The word “River” is not in the Hebrew text, but has been supplied in the translation for clarity.
